grundfos ups 15-50 central heating pump.

im recently experiencing a vibration on this pump when i turn on the central heating,it vibrates quite a while until it dies down.but after a while the vibration starts up again...iv possibly got air in the system so the question is.how do i stop this problem?

strike pump with large mallet

Then do a search under "blocked cold feed" or maybe the pump is sha££ed. who knows.

iv tried the mallet but it keeps bouncing off the pump so iv now got b/g homecare,il let them sort it out.
