Hi All,

I think this is fairly simple question to those in the know but I am an amatuer.

We have had some building work done on a single story part of the house. As part of the work th builders replaced the wood fascia board the guttering was attached to.

However we plan to paint the walls white and want to also paint the fascia board. However I would like to take the guttering off while the fascia was painted so it did not get covered in paint.

Is there anything I need to be aware of before doing this?
When I reattached the guttering do the joints need to be stuck together with silicon or anything like that?

Like I said not done this before so not sure wuite how it works.

Thanks
Col

Plastic guttering is pretty much plug n play. You should be able to unclip the sections as you wish, then remove the brackets. Beware some of the clips might break - avoid a real cold day if poss.
