H&C pipe sizing

I am replumbing the house I am renovating using a mains pressure system (GAH Dualstream). Mains water pressure and flow rates are both good here. I'm getting conflicting advice on pipe sizing - can I do all H&C in 15mm (bathroom, 2 en-suite shower rooms) or should main feeds be 22mm?
