Hairline crack on ceiling

Hi,

I have just discovered a hairline crack on my bedroom ceiling. I am living in a top-floor apartment and the attic is just above me where the water tank is stored. Should I be worried about this particular crack? Does it mean that there could be a weakness in the joist? Please console me!!

When you can stick a £1 coin (or 1 euro) in the crack then start to worry.. hairline cracks in ceilings are common and normally will follow either a gap in the ceiling boards or the joist lines..
