Hi, I'm new to this forum! 've had the concrete floor of my flat levelled / smoothed. There are some small hairline cracks that have appeared in the screed. Most have now been filled and repaired but there's a few remaining.

I'll be installing cork floor tiles (glue-down). The person who did the screed advised that the adhesive will deal with the remaining hairline cracks and not cause any problems. Is this right? Any advice much appreciated.

Wouldn't worry about it, as screed is rarely level, usually dips in the middle. Last one I had done, I poured self levelling latex over the entire floor.
