Halers / Collingwood H2 / EvoLED Dimmable Failure Question??

Hello

I've now fitted over 100 of these downlights (Halers / Collingwood H2 / EvoLED Dimmable Downlights) with no issues. However recently two have failed shortly after installation.

Has anybody else experienced any failures or aware of any issues?

I have sent an e-mail to supplier to confirm returns policy, however wondered if anybody else had, had any problems?
