All sorted now. 
Repaired some wiring to the CH Thermistor that had been trapped between the drop down panel and the main case
and changed the micro-switch on the Primary which was intermittent.
While I was there I also lubricated the bearings on the fan as it was a bit noisy and changed the tubing for the APS.
