Halstead ACE HE 24

Hi

With this boiler I have a remote unit to operate the central heating. The hot water is working fine, however when I increase the temperature on the remote unit to try and get the heating fired up the little flame in the corner comeswhich normally indicates that it is swithcing on but the boiler does not fire up. Any ides would be very welcome.

if your remote unit is wireless go to the receiving unit and press the overide button, if this brings the boiler on you need to re pair the connection between the sender and the receiver a very easy fix

Make and model of the thermostat would be helpful

The thermostat is a SALUS RT500RF.

I could not see an override on the receiver, I took the front cover off but only found an on or off switch on the unit, do I need to delve further inside the unit to find this??
