Ok got a problem with this, boiler won't fire up at all.

Only light on is power.

Followed diagnostic (as did plumber) and came to conclusion that the PCB was faulty.

Sent the PCB off for repair got a recon one back, same problem.

Electrician has tested fan, pump, APS, thermistor (both reading 13K), and flow switches.

We are all pretty stumped, anyone got any clues?

Could be air. Have you tried turning it off and on or doing a reset?

Used to fit these all the time and air was a problem when they were first fired up. Have you drained down the system recently?

Venturis melt in these BTW. Give Halstead tech a bell,

when you create a demand for heating/hot water, does the pump run?

Off and on about a 1000 times, reset just as many no luck.

Demand for water isn't turning the pump on (no voltage at pins on board).

DHW flow switch works (confirmed at pins on the board).

I have rang halstead tech and they say it's the board.

Spoke to company that sent out the replacement board, they said it could have been the flow switches, so I tested them with bare wires only, still wouldn't fire up.

3rd board has arrived today, so will probably test it tonight, wondering if anyone has any other suggestions to try?
