Halstead Boiler

I have a Halsead Ace Boiler which omce the radiatior warm up will not switch off at the wall stat.The boiler has to be turned to the off position to reseet it.Any one had a simular problem as I think it is an electrical fault .Bob

Is that a combi or a heat only boiler with a cylinder for hot water?Describe other system controls ie motorised valves/thermostats if you have them.For a boiler not to shut down usually means it's still getting a signal from somewhere.
