Can anyone help with the problem on my boiler.Had rise in pressure expansion vessel found to be at fault fitted an external expansion vessel but still getting a slight rise on the pressure gauge and also losing water from small rubber hose connected to the CH drain cock under the control panel.

You should get a small rise in pressure between hot and cold, about 1.5 bar to 1.8 bar is normal.
If you have used the drain off plastic c0ck then they often dont reseal, sometimes they will stop dripping later, sometimes they dont!
