Hands off Scotland, Westminster!

I think we can all agree that the Westminster Parliament and Government should not interfere with matters affecting only Scotland.

So I wonder why....

There are calls to have a better airport up north, some way to help the northern powerhouse to develop. Scotland does not want a Northern England "Power house" on it's door step, to potentially start sucking the business out. Also, it's the business of the SNP to whip-up a storm when it comes to London-centric politics. Scotland is even more likely to get it's independence if the country outside of the M25 think it's getting a raw deal.

Why does it still have a separate (when they want it) parliament?
