Hanging IKEA mirror

Hi people

I am a DIY amateur got a mirror from IKEA and want to hang of on the wall in my hallway
The mirror didn't come with any fixings

I have attached a image back of the mirror

How do I go about hanging it (

It hangs on screws or nails in the wall. the serrated bit is so that you can move it left or right to make it sit level.
