Hanging radiator.

Hello,

As from my other post you will see that I am in the process of planning my new kitchen.
The way that I have planned it would mean the radiator being hung on the wall separating my house and my neighbours.
I live in a semi-detached property.
Could this be a problem for heatloss reasons or is it best hung on a wall not joining my house to my neighbours?
