It's been a bl00dy hard couple of days work, didn't finish until 9.30 last night, early start today and just got in, not had any dinner/lunch.
Going for a soak in the bath, then some beers and a curry.

I generally get Balti chicken but fancy something different, any suggestions?

A plumber I worked for yrs ago used to skip lunches / breaks and not eat properly until he keeled over and blacked out, :(

Look after yourself PBD! :D

A garlic chicken would be my choice. :D

If you can go without food during the day, you are obviously not working hard enough to build up an appetite.

Just go out and enjoy... If you are that sad that you have to ask.... stay in and let the wife out on her own.... at least she will enjoy.... :D

i never eat a dinner while i'm at work, it'll be a quick sandwich and a cuppa, then back to it,

8.00 am, out of bed, breakfast
9.10am off to work, after school traffic's gone,
11.00 cuppa
12.30 cuppa maybe sandwich/maybe not
2.30 drive back home before school traffic builds up
3.30 eat dinner/evening meal
time to paaaarrrrttty,

lifes for living, not working, :D

I normally have breakfast about 6.30AM
A snack with a cuppa around 9ish
Beef salad sandwich/tuna salad/what ever I fancy at 12ish
cuppa and snack around three
then something around six when I get home.
Then a nibble a little later.

Anyway I tried something different:
Lamb Pathia, it wasn't that bad. Sweet/sour with a little kick.
Might try it with prawns and rice next time.
