My cousin has given me his pc which has a corrupted hard disk and he cannot see any of his data.

It is a Dimension (Dell) 9150 and it has a sata 250Gb hard disk.

I have the necessary software to recover his "lost" data but in order to do it I need to connect his drive to one of my machines which are all fitted with the removable EZ-Swap2 racks but they are for 3.5" IDE HDD.

Is it possible to connect the drive to one of my machines and if it is what do I need?

Any help on this would be much appreciated!

You can get conversion cables for power and data connections. I thought you could get a removable drive caddy compatible with both, not sure where I've seen it.

edited to say, sorry, I think I may have got this wrong, there seems to be a controller card required, not just a cable. Like http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?NOV-SATAR

My fault from talking about it without having done it myself.
