i am just about to buy a lounge carpet from carpetright etc etc but intend to rent my house out within 2 yrs so looking for a hardwearing carpet etc...can anyone tell me what type of carpet falls into this catorgory cheers again

Lots of people with rental properties go for berber which is fairly cheap, hardwearing and available in a good range of colours. It's downfall in my opinion is that it is quite hard under bare feet.
