I have done some emulsion decorating with a rambler type short woolen jacket (no sleeves) on and the paint has gone hard can anyone please help

I have soaked it overnight but the paint still does not want to come off any tips?

or you can take it to a dry cleaners and tell them what the stain is, most large chains are equipped to send things off for specialist ceaning. I had a nice suit successfully cleaned once where I had dropped a can of emulsion and it burst open.

Dry cleaners generally complain if you have made amateur attempts to clean as you may fix the stain.
