the harling on the outside of my house has been painted, I have left it for the last 5 yrs in the hope that to some extent it would start to degrade so that i could re-harl over it unfortunately it was obviously a superior coating of some description(applied before purchase of house!)is there any method I can use to achieve this without worrying about the new harling disintegrating in time, I would appreciate any ideas
