Heat line Problems. 24 compact.

Heatline 24 Compact. Heating ok.
Short carrry of hot water for about 30 seconds.
No Lights flashing on facia.
New to web site, Rgi, but not familiar with heatline products.
Thanks for any help.

Sorry water returns to cold to tepid. this is in heating mode.
No dhw in summer mode, boiler not firing.

don't know the boiler but sounds like a classic dhw diaphragm problem...if it has one? Pretty basic thing to check tbh.
