Heated Towel Radiator Fitting Question

I'm fitting a heated towel radiator in the bathroom of my flat that doesn't have central heating.

I have bought a standard chrome one, and an electric element to screw into one of the tail holes at the bottom, where a central heating valve would normally be fitted.

The problem is how can I plug the second unused tail hole on the other bottom corner of the radiator? Can I buy a secrew-in plug (preferably chrome), and if yes, where from?

Many thanks

And what happens when you heat water in a closed vessel?
not much as the instructions tell you to leave a gap at the top for air to compress. Have you never fitted one or even seen an all electric towel rail or radiator for that matter.

DON'T PANIC MR MAINWARING!!

Yes I will put water in, plus a bit of inhibitor.

Yes, I will only fill to 90% capacity to allow for expansion.

Many thanks for the info.
