Hi,

I am thinking of setting up a small carpentry workshop in my garage.

However this also has the central heating boiler in it.

Will this be a fire risk mixing the boiler with saw dust or does the boiler have filters on it to stop things like that happening ?

If it is a risk is it possible to put some kind of filter over the boiler ?

Many thanks

Steve

Only room sealed boiler should be alright and non combustional material near it, where is the gas regulator? If it is outside it should be alright. Or call gas safe for inspection

Hi,

The boiler is an ideal classic LXFF, as for the gas regulator I do not know what that looks like.

Gas regulator is just where your gas meter is, is just gas regulator dont like foreign debris goes to breather hole

Hi, yes the meter is in a box outside, does that mean it should be ok for me to use the garage as a workshop ?
