hi looking for some help with a ongoing problem with a customers
vokera/sabre 29he
initial problem, rads not heating up properly, found 8mm micro kinked in several places under floorboards and at manifold, have replaced all copper microbore and manifolds, heating is rising to max of 22oC and it takes approx 5 hrs to achieve this,ive also asked vokera technical advice
and they think it might be a faulty automatic bypass as the return from the bypass is hotter than the return coming back from rads, can anyone advice me on what im looking to see if i take appart this bypass/non return valve assembly

just to add system has been balanced properly, and to mention that there is a towel rail that we`ve shut down to divert heat to worst radiators affected.
