Heating comes on when running hot water

I have a Ravenheat Combi boiler which has started to heat the house whenever the hot water is used for washing dishes or clothes.

Is there something we have inadvertently done to the settings or is it the boiler?

It's the boiler, not you!
Diverter valve needs overhaul or replacement.
