heating fault and its cold

Can anyone please help
our central heating has stopped working the system is only 14 months old .
The fault is the boiler will not kick in for the heating side. the hot water is still working fine if i run the hot tap the boiler fires up fine it also gets the heating working but once the thermostat kicks it out it wont start again unless i run loads of water again . i have checked the pressure in the system and its fine ive bled the entire system and it just wont work any ideas would be greatfully received
