Ok the heating on all the radiators works including this one. However in the morning this radiator heats up even though the trv is on 0.

Any thoughts? I've tried swapping with another valves but the same thing happens.

TRV'S even on 'O' will still pass some water when they are very cold - but of course that should cease as soon as the room warms up a bit.
Assuming the TRV head is fully screwed on, of course!
John :)

Also that the valve is not seized or has some debris preventing the valve seating correctly.

The valve is seated correctly but generally this can only be caused by the valve itself?

I'm pretty sure its on the right end :)

Have you checked the valve pin pushes down and returns up promptly?

Lubricating with silicone grease or even WD40 would help a little if not.

Thanks for the replys. I will give the pin a good look at and lubricate if it needs it.

Its not a problem for me its the wife :) The radiator hiss's when its starting to cool which wakes her up. And advise for a hissing valve? a new one?

Sounds as if you don't have an auto bypass valve as you should!

Right so I have a cheap bypass valve and probably a cheap trv to go with it hence the hiss?
