If he wants to run everything at once a 25/80 may well be the solution, but he still needs to balance the whole lot...

Sorry Alec1, in most cases you know your onions, but you're completely wrong to suggest a change of circulation pump will sort it all out.

Rick son, you need to start with the basics, boiler size, pipe sizing, then & only then consider the CIRCULATION pump.
Any sealed Central Heating system works like the Big Wheel in the Fair Ground, if the circulation pump can lift water to the top of the wheel, gravity helps bring it back down again.

Sketch it all out Rick & properly 'pipe size' it, remembering things like a 15mm pipe can carry up to 4.9KW on a 11°C Delta T & allmost double that on a 20C Delta T...............

Don't make the classic mistake of confusing 'head' with flow rate, like many on here do!!!

how come GW, I was always taught 15/50 up to 24kws, and a 15/60 for 30 kws.

It gets tiresome Alec , you ask this time and time again , KW rating has nothing whatsoever to do with circulator head , a 24 kw boiler with undersized pipework may well require a head in excess of 6 metres whereas a 100 kw boiler may only require a 2 metre head circulator/pump.

Some 24 kw boilers require a 2 metre head to overcome hex resistance whereas the old cast iron jobbies (200 kw) only required .5 metre head to overcome RESISTANCE , can you see where this is going?

Nope. .145 x 11 x 4.2 = 6.7 kw. , you gotta know your onions delta.

PEX tube! , quoting load limits for copper tube should be second nature for an old hand like you Delta , no excuses.
