Heating Timer controls lock

Hi Everyone

Can anyone help me with a problem I am having. I have some lodgers living with me. They are leaving the heating on all day and changing the heating controls.

Is there anyway I can lock this to come on\off on a schedule e.g. a timer control with a pin code.

I have looked and looked and found nothing.

Any help is appreciated

The only one that springs to mind is the Siemens REV200
