you can usually see it when you open the door, a light will come on so you wont need a torch. its normally just behind the bacon.

Tizer, stop guessing. Its the giggle pin which drives the fuffle valve. Any engineer would know that

Your experience has been proved there. Never thought about the giggle pin. Got my manual out for all combi boilers and your bang on with that answer
