GLEE

The gas central heating in my ground floor maisonette comes on when the controls are off,The system is fed from a pressure tank .
ANY THOUGHTS?

MORE INFO
The pressure tank is fed water from the mains and feeds the radiators at a controlled pressure (Thats why its called a pressure tank).
This cuts out the need for a header tank to feed the radiators.

ANY MORE INSANE THOUGHTS TO CURE THE FAULT?
