heatline 24/30 compact.. keeps draining....?

hi... i have the above boiler, and over the past few weeks the pressure would drop (over 4-5 days) meaning i had to top it back up (to 1.5).. the water started to drain out quicker, and is now at the point where it will run out within 5-10 mins...

i am guessing this is something to do with the valve that can be used to empty to the overflow maybe being stuck or needing a new seal...?

any ideas....? and is this something i am able to do myself as i have located the valve.....?

does the water actually come out of the prv discharge pipe or are you assuming that is the case?
You will probably need to replace the prv.
The expansion vessel should be checked when you have the prv open (draining system)

it is coming from the discharge pipe... i didnt notice this when it first started to happen, so assumed a small leak, but it is now coming out easily enough to see... and i am now able to hear it running out as soon as the pressue hits 1.2-1.5... it then seems to sit at about 1 for a little longer before draining out slowly....
