I have a Heatline Vizo 24 Plus boiler and the hot water isn't working, there are no error messages, the "tap" symbol does not display and the boiler does not fire up, central heating works fine, can anybody advise as to what may be causing the problem?

Not sure how hot water flow is sensed on your boiler but sounds like the boiler is not sensing when hot tap is opened so Hall Sensor, Flow switch or Hot water Diaphragm faulty (whichever your boiler employs)
