hi there... novice here

my 20/25 boiler has stopped firing up. i reset the thermostat, and the power light is the only light on there.

if i switch it off at the mains for a while, it will then fire up until i run the hot tap.

could it be the circulating pump?

any advice welcome

You're best to follow your user instructions if you have any.
Check there is adequate pressure in the boiler first. If you've had to re-set the o/heat stat the boiler may be dry.

are you sure it was the manaul reset for the boiler stat you touched? underneath control panel.? or the lockout button.?
