Help advise process to replace hinges

Hi intend to replace porch uPVC 4 door hinges million dollar question will it require for the door to come off completely?? Need idiot's guide

Hmmm generally yes but you could do one at a time, but you'll need to remove the door half of the hinge in order to expose the 3 screws holding the frame half of the hinge on

Being poor diy'er will have to re read your instructions few times does the door comes out with glass or does glass is removed then
Door frame is out ( assuming glass is the real weight imo)

Couple of hinges are not in slot & it is restricting easy door movements concerned of failure I wonder if tightening the hinges with Allen key
Will solve the problem??( Couple of hinges have risen up from the hinge slot) More photos attached

Looks like they just need maintenance.
