Hi there, I've just had 3 new UPVC's installed in our front window after the old wooden frames needed to go.

They've been installed now but internally I need to insulate and then plaster.

Can someone give me advice on the materials I need and the step by step process I should follow? Ideally I'm looking to put a sill in place also. As you can see there's the brick exposed from the picture I've attached.

Many ways to finish off, depends on what look you want.
PVC window board with all PVC trims
Timber window board with timber surrounds
Stud out, plasterboarded and skimmed
Before you start make sure any gaps around the window are foamed, use rock wool for the large gaps.
If you haven't attempted this before I'd get a chippie in, £100 should do it for half a day labour
