I've bought some Zinsser Perma-White Anti Mould Paint which I want to paint skirtings with.
I've done a test run and it's not turned out well. Lots of bristle / brush marks. I used a Prodec brush.
Can I have some advice please on getting a smoother finish. Techniques etc.
I'd rather stick with the paint if possible happy to buy a different brush or any additives.
Thanks

Oil based paint will flow and flatten better. But, they will yellow. If you don't want brush marks, you can use a roller and get roller marks. Finer bristled brushes used by artists produce less prominent brush marks with water paint. But those brushes will likely lack durability.
