HELP!! Biasi Combi CH not working!

Help!!
I have hot water but the central heating does not work.. the pilot light does not ignite when the thermostat is turned!
It has worked previously!
any information gratefully recieved..

You have not identified the boiler model.

As different models have different components its a little difficult to make any guesses until you tell us the exact model you have without visiting your bach.

Of course I hope you have done the basics of checking the system pressure is about 1.5 Bar (?)
