Hi there, im new to this forum so any help will be greatley appreciated,

i have a " volkera compact he" boiler and has started playing up in the last few days, the central heating is working fine but the hot water is no more than luke-warm and the boiler is losing pressure, i have checked all visable pipework for a leak and have also made sure the PRV isnt stuck open, they both seem fine.

any advice would be great

cheers guys

You are either losing pressure through a leak in your CH pipework, or through your PRV, possibly due to your expansion vessel needing a re-charge or fked diaphram washer. More than likely a leak if it is losing pressure slowly.

It may be worth checking the pressure in your expansion vessel.
