There is a black outline around all the breezeblocks on the outside walls of my room. The outline is also visible when you stand outside and look at the house wall. Black lines are also visible on the ceiling.
Do you think this could be due to candle smoke being attracted to colder areas of the wall or could it just be damp and nothing to do with this.
If it is candle smoke, why would I be able to see it on the outside of the house as well?
Any help much appreciated as I am renting and don't know whether or not this is my fault!!!!!!!!!!!
