HELP... CDA dishwasher is only 6 months old, isn't filling

we had a CDA dishwasher fitted 6 months ago. its been perfect until today. it doesn't seem to fill. it looks like its all working, but no water is entering the machine. Its a built in dishwasher, so i can't imagine the hose has been kinked, because it doesn't work.

If the user instructions do not tell you how to resolve the problem, then call out the manufacturers engineer, via your supplier, under warranty.

its about what i'd expect of cheap tat like CDA best of luck getting an engineer!!
