Help find fan assembly Sitfan for Halstead Quattro

The fan of this boiler stopped working , it stuck, my gas engineer managed to get it working with a screw driver. He recommended it is on its way and need to be replaced. I have been looking around for a new one but not able to find one yet and I am hoping one of you guys to help by either find one or recondition the existing one. I have found a firm which can recondition them for £55 plus £8 postage. However, I have to take it off, send it to them and wait for 3 to 4 days which I can not afford.

These are the same people I spoke to this afternoon and they will not send me a recondition fan unless I send them the one I have.

Do you mean you can not afford the 3 to 4 days ? or you can not afford the cost ?

I can not afford the time (3 to 4 days) not the cost. I am happy with cost if they can provide 1 year guarantee

Think you are expecting too much for too little to be honest, any company that does the exchange thing will be at least a few days, your best bet will be a local electrical rewinding company that will take the old one and sort the motor out for you but even then you are looking at a few days, if your engineer can source you a replacement it will cost a lot more than the figures you have quoted
