Help identify shower rail bracket

Does anyone know what this type of bracket is called? Can I purchase a replacement anywhere?

Currently it's a bit loose and the protruding bit won't tighten fully onto the plate. Held on with no more nails.

I know it's only got one screw in the picture.

I found one website but it has been out of stock forever.

The only place I could find that had them but they are out of stock. You could ask if they will be getting or can get anymore.

Edit I don,t think they have the correct size hole anyway so perhaps no use to you.
