Help identifying ceiling material

Evening all,

Although the photo isn't that great, I was wondering if anyone could have a look and suggest what the ceiling material could be under the chipped coating? I was a bit worried it was some sort of insulation board containing asbestos, or it could just be another material. Would appreciate any preliminary insight from you guys.
