You can only glue down plywood or OSB to the concrete floor if you make the sheets small, otherwise there is too much risk the large sheets will not fully bond with the adhesive.

So what do you thinks best OSB ply WBP ply. Do you know what type of glue you use to stick the boards to the concrete

Both are suitable, as long as you cut them in small sheets (max 30 x 60cm).
If you concrete is sound and level you can either use Lecol5500 or Mapei P990
