help: long neck thermostatic shower cartridge

Please could anyone help identify/ source spare for the thermostatic shower cartridge, see photo.

The dimensions are exactly the same as the Thermostatic Cartridge For Triton (83308580) Shower Bar Mixer Valve (seen on ebay), photo below EXCEPT for the LONG NECK. The neck measures 30 mm in itself.

Note the tip of the unit is broken off otherwise the it is same as the photo of the new one below (but for the long neck, of course)

The original item was bought from soak but brand unknown. Vendor says this is unavailable.

showerdoc team replied "This isn’t a cartridge we stock or can supply unfortunately. We haven't been successful sourcing this product in the past and we are led to believe that this shower and the cartridge is imported"

Did you ever find a spare? , I believe I might have the same cartridge and need a new one also. I have attached my pics of my shower does it look the same ?
