Help - Just ripped out my old bath - flung and new one -

Old pipes are 22mm - brought a length of that and a springy thing to bend it into shape - well I done that - spot on for shape and lenght. I've stuck in an in-line stop valve. Now my loverly telephone taps seem to be a little narrower than the 22mm and I cannot slide it up inside the tap. It is definately not 15mm. Is their a special connector for this.

thanks for anyone help in advance

Jonathan

yes, you want a thing called a tap connector. It has a nut that screws up the tail of the tap.

You can actually get flexible ones that include a service valve. These make it very easy to fit the taps without wiggling about. Otherwise a plain brass one that you can put on your 22mm pipes.
