Help me identify these pebbles

We need a few sacks of the pebbles pictured above to lay at the bottom of our garden.

They are about 20-60mm in size.

I don't know if the come ready mixed or if the different colours are purchased separately and then mixed.

B&Q do small bags of smooth pebbles. Relatively pricey though, shop around at garden centres/builders merchants and look out for special offers.

It looks like bog standard 25mm gravel to me.

It looks like bog standard 25mm gravel to me.

Bog standard gravel tends to be more brown. The gravel pictured above is a mix of blues, whites, pinks and greys.

Does it really matter, just take a handful along to B&Q or wherever and find the closest match. Or just spread your new bags of pebbles over the existing and who's gonna notice?

Well my wife is after the particular type of pebbles pictured above for an area of the garden, hence me posting up a photo. If it was just something to park the car on, I wouldn't have bothered.
