Help need to wire ADT (Emdene)external siren with Texecom 24

Can someone help me please to wire ADT (Elmdene) external siren box to Texecom 24 w Panel.On the bell there are following connectors:
H-
H+
BAT-
FAULT
REM TS
ENG
TR
TS
R-
ST-

ON PANEL:

Strb
0v
Temp
Bell
+12v

Tamp. = TR
Bell = R-
Strobe = ST -

And the black fly lead in the bell box goes to BAT -
