HELP: No H/W but CH is Fine (Thorn M30/42B)

I have an old boiler Thorn M30/42B. There is not hot water but CH is working fine. Can some one please help me.
Also: Before the H/W going down, When hot water was switched on, It used to heat up the radiators TOO!!
 
have a look in the airing cupboard for a motorised valve. It looks like a metal box about 3 inchesx 2 inches it will have a flex (cable) running into it. This is probably malfunctioning. A job 4 a competent plumber.

I am also having problems with my m30/42b thorn boiler, do you happen to have a user/installation manual for this type of boiler.
