HELP, NO HOT WATER!!! (ALPHA 240E)

HI EVERYONE!
Got a big problem, we have no hot water and the boiler wont hold pressure.
the radiators are working but thats all (and for how long)
can anybody help PLEASE!!!

Hot water problem is usually diaphragm or DV, no pressure, will be a leak or prv fault normally.
